You might think that State Street is a terrible place to bring up children but it's just the opposite. Hillary Clinton said that it takes a village to raise a child. The Family is a village and the children are well cared for there. The kids on State Street are healthy, clean, happy, brave, and well behaved. Everyone takes care of the children.
