Some of the people I have gotten to know on State Street are truly wonderful. They are beautiful and charismatic, and they seem quite happy with who they are. I think that I am too old to be close friends with them, but I am proud to be their friend in any way that I can. I'm a photographer, so I take pictures of them. I've asked myself whether these pictures can be used to hurt them in some way. I certainly hope not.          There are a lot of musically and artistically talented people on State Street, and some of them make a few dollars selling their art. On a summer evening take a stroll down State Street and enjoy the music and the street artists there. A lot of the people are really good, so put some money in the hat. You can afford it.
