No he's not the daddy, but he obviously loves this baby. His body language is fiercely protective and the child feels absolutely safe. No matter that these folks may be poor, homeless, and maybe even criminals, they are fine citizens in their treatment of children. This is such an everyday scene at Peace Park.          I have taken hundreds of similar pictures of one child being lovingly held by a large number of adults. When my children were little I would have felt safe taking them to Peace Park. I'm sorry that they didn't have that experience, it would have been good for them.
